Gnomic Exploration are looking for Geologists for contracts beginning in early 2026.

Duties may include:

  • Geological mapping
  • Rig supervision
  • Data entry and interpretation
  • Chip/core logging.
  • Soil stream sampling

To be considered for these roles, the successful candidates will require:

  • A Geology/Earth Science degree
  • Current open manual driver license
  • Initiative & high professional ethics
  • Current first aid certificate
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be an Australian citizen or hold a visa that allows you to work in Australia 

Desirable attributes:

  • The ability to work with minimal supervision
  • 4WD certificate
  • Recent exposure to industry software packages
  • Experience in the minerals industry
